Terms of Service

Fork a Day is an AI-powered meal planning tool that generates personalised weekly meal plans and grocery lists based on the dietary targets you provide. Meal plans are generated using large language model technology and are intended as general dietary guidance only.

Fork a Day is not a medical service. Content generated by the Service does not constitute medical advice, nutritional therapy, or any form of professional health guidance. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making significant dietary changes, especially if you have a medical condition.

Billing. Fork a Day Pro is a recurring monthly subscription billed at $7.00 USD per month (or the price displayed at checkout). Billing begins at the time of purchase and renews automatically each month.

Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain Pro access until then.

Refunds. Subscription payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at hello@forkaday.app within 14 days of the charge.

Price changes. We may change the subscription price with at least 14 days' notice sent to your registered email address. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new price.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
• Attempt to circumvent free-tier limits or subscription gating by technical means
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without written permission

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Meal plans and grocery lists are generated by AI and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or nutritionally imbalanced suggestions. We do not guarantee that generated content meets any specific nutritional standard or is suitable for your individual needs.

You are responsible for verifying that any meal plan is appropriate for your health, allergies, and dietary requirements before following it.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or $10 USD, whichever is greater.
